Lorna Ibidun Betty Adekaiyaoja (nee Ademokun) has been  the Chief Executive Officer of TRL Recruitment Services, United Kingdom since January 2007. Since becoming an Enterprenuer and recruitment specialist Lorna has written, spoken and broadcast widely on Employment related matters as well as Corporate Governance and Service Delivery Management at Executive level Internationally.

Lorna Adekaiyaoja was born in London and returned to her native Nigeria as a child in the late sixties. Lorna did her primary, secondary school and Advance level  education  in Lagos .


A trained  lawyer and legal researcher. She completed her Bachelor of Honours degree in Law  - LL.B(Hons) in 1989 at the University of Lagos .  Admitted and called to the Bar and Enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1991.  She has worked in the Corporate Sector with deep affinity for,  and practice of Employment Law, Human Resource Management, Legal Information Research, Company Secretary and Legal Adviser for many reputable companies.

With her very deep passion and interest in Legal information research she became qualified as a Chartered member of the Institute of Library and Information Professionals United Kingdom in 2004.  Lorna is a prolific author and has written so many articles in Journals, Gazettes, Library Information Updates and Press Communications.

Precedent to becoming an Enterprenuer, Lorna has worked in various establishments contributing to their success at senior management level. Some of which are:
